How It Works — You, the Portal, and Your Customer
Your customer books and pays through the Portal. The Portal connects them to you and handles the technology, marketing, and payment processing behind the booking. In return, you pay the Portal a fee for that service — how much, and how it's collected, is explained below.

The Portal Fee
For the technology, marketing, and support it provides, the Portal earns a fee of 5% of the base price you declare for your service.
The Portal's fee is added on top of your price. You set your price, the Portal adds its fee, and the customer pays the total.
The customer pays exactly your declared price. The Portal's fee is deducted from that amount before it reaches you.
Your active choice is saved on your account. Switching between Markup and Markdown only applies to new bookings — it never changes a booking that's already confirmed.
Applicable tax treatment, including any VAT on the Portal Fee, is reflected in the relevant fiscal documentation in accordance with applicable law.

How Payment Collection Works
Partial Payment via the Portal
The Portal collects online only the portion equal to its own fee. The rest is paid directly to you, in the way and by the deadline shown to the customer at booking. Once a booking is confirmed under this model, you're responsible for customer communication, collecting the remaining balance, issuing fiscal documentation, and delivering the service.
Full Payment via the Portal
- The Portal collects the full booking value on your behalf.
- It keeps its 5% fee.
- It deducts the payment processing fee.
- It deducts any refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or other booking-related obligations.
- It transfers you the resulting net amount.
Payouts follow the transfer cycle shown on your account, after the service has been delivered and the booking has no active dispute, cancellation, or chargeback.
Payment Processing Fee
This is separate from the Portal's own 5% fee — it's charged by the bank, payment institution, or payment gateway for processing the transaction. When the Portal collects the full booking value, this fee is paid by you and deducted from your transfer. It's typically around 2.5% of the transaction value, though the exact rate depends on the provider, card type, currency, the card's country of issue, and the commercial agreement in place. Your current rate is shown in your account or in your agreement before full-payment collection is activated. A change in the payment provider's own fee is not considered a change to the Portal's 5% fee.
